Stir-Fry Shrimp Lasagna Rolls

6 to 8 servings



  • 2 packages Contessa Shrimp Stir-Fry (sauce included)

  • 1 package lasagna noodles

  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced

  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese


  • Prepare Contessa Shrimp Stir-Fry per instructions on package. Set aside.

  • Cook lasagna noodles per instructions on package.

  • On a large baking sheet lay the cooked lasagna noodles flat. Make sure the noodles are not over lapping.

  • Top the noodles with 1 tablespoon of cheese and a sprinkling of garlic.

  • Next, spoon 1 tablespoon of the cooked shrimp stir-fry mixture onto each noodle separately and roll into cylinders. Repeat for each noodle until they have all been rolled.

  • Place rolled noodles side by side on a serving dish and evenly pour the shrimp stir-fry sauce onto the rolls and serve.
