Spicy Shrimp And Corn Bisque

Ingredients:



  • 3/4 package Contessa medium Uncooked Tail-off Shrimp




  • 4 cups evaporated milk




  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder




  • 1 teaspoon sugar




  • 2 cans cream style corn




  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce




  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cajun seasoning




  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper




  • 1/4 teaspoon salt




Steps:



  • Cook shrimp as directed on package and set aside.




  • In a large cooking pot, combine milk, cajun seasoning, garlic powder, salt, pepper and sugar.




  • Cook mixture over medium heat for 10 minutes.




  • Stir mixture frequently adding the corn and hot sauce.




  • Bring mixture to a boil and gently stir in shrimp.




  • Cook for additional minute.
