Sizzling Seafood Grill

Ingredients:



  • 12 ounces Uncooked Scallops




  • 12 ounces Contessa large Uncooked Tail-on Shrimp




  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted




  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning




  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon peel, grated




  • 1/2 teaspoon fennel seed, crushed




  • 1/2 teaspoon salt




  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper




  • 1 pound halibut, cut into 1 1/4 inch pieces




Steps:



  • Heat gas or charcoal grill.




  • In a large bowl combine butter, lemon pepper seasoning, fennel seed, lemon peel, and salt and pepper.




  • Add scallops, shrimp and halibut into the mixture.




  • Place scallops, shrimp and halibut into the grill basket.




  • Once the grill is heated, place the basket 4-6 inches away from coals.




  • Cook 5-10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork and shrimp are pink.
