12 ounces Uncooked Scallops
12 ounces Contessa large Uncooked Tail-on Shrimp
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon peel, grated
1/2 teaspoon fennel seed, crushed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 pound halibut, cut into 1 1/4 inch pieces
Heat gas or charcoal grill.
In a large bowl combine butter, lemon pepper seasoning, fennel seed, lemon peel, and salt and pepper.
Add scallops, shrimp and halibut into the mixture.
Place scallops, shrimp and halibut into the grill basket.
Once the grill is heated, place the basket 4-6 inches away from coals.
Cook 5-10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork and shrimp are pink.
