Shrimp With Lemon Basil Pasta

Ingredients:



  • 12 ounces Contessa x-large Cooked Tail-on Shrimp




  • 1/2 pound linguine




  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted




  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice




  • 1 1/2 teaspoons basil leaves




  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic salt




  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper




  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated




  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil




Steps:



  • Cook pasta for 8 minutes in boiling water.




  • Add shrimp and cook for additional 2 minutes then drain.




  • Mix pasta, shrimp and the remainder of the ingredients in pot and simmer on low heat for approximately 5 minutes.




  • Place on large serving platter and sprinkle cheese on top.
