Shrimp Tacos

Ingredients:



  • 12 ounces Contessa medium Uncooked Tail-off Shrimp




  • 1 teaspoon olive oil




  • 1 cup guacamole




  • 1 cup sour cream




  • 1 cup salsa or fresh diced tomato




  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped




  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated




  • Juice of one lime




  • 12 taco shells or tortillas




Steps:



  • In a medium bowl combine shrimp and lime juice and mix together.




  • Heat oil in a large skillet until hot and add shrimp and cook until shrimp turns pink.




  • Stir mixture frequently.




  • Cook the taco shells according to directions on box.




  • Spoon shrimp into taco shells and top with desired toppings.
