Sesame Braised Beef with Snow Peas

  • 1 package Contessa Mongolian Beef

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

  • 2 tablespoon fresh ginger, chopped

  • 1 cup snow peas, cleaned

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil


  • Prepare rice per instructions on package. Set aside.

  • Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over high heat. Immediately add Contessa Mongolian Beef and ginger. Stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes.

  • Add snow peas and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

  • Add sauce packet, stir and remove from heat.

  • Add sesame oil, mix thoroughly and serve over rice.
