1/2 pound Uncooked Scallops
1 pound Contessa medium Uncooked Tail-Off Shrimp
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 pound butter
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
6 garlic cloves, crushed
1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
4 ounces water chestnuts, sliced
4 ounces bean sprouts
Marinate Contessa scallops and Contessa shrimp in soy sauce for 15 minutes.
Melt butter in the saucepan while the seafood is marinating.
Add crushed garlic and parsley.
Remove seafood from the marinade and place in a shallow baking dish.
Top with mushrooms, water chestnuts and bean sprouts.
Pour the butter mixture over all ingredients and bake at 350º for 25 minutes.
