Scallop And Shrimp Casserole

Ingredients:



  • 1/2 pound Uncooked Scallops




  • 1 pound Contessa medium Uncooked Tail-Off Shrimp




  • 1/2 cup soy sauce




  • 1/4 pound butter




  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped




  • 6 garlic cloves, crushed




  • 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced




  • 4 ounces water chestnuts, sliced




  • 4 ounces bean sprouts




Steps:



  • Marinate Contessa scallops and Contessa shrimp in soy sauce for 15 minutes.




  • Melt butter in the saucepan while the seafood is marinating.




  • Add crushed garlic and parsley.




  • Remove seafood from the marinade and place in a shallow baking dish.




  • Top with mushrooms, water chestnuts and bean sprouts.




  • Pour the butter mixture over all ingredients and bake at 350º for 25 minutes.
