Orange Chicken Fried Rice

  • 1 package Contessa Orange Chicken

  • 3 tablespoon vegetable oil

  • 3 eggs


  • Heat 1 tbsp. vegetable oil in a large non-stick skillet over high heat.

  • In a small bowl whip eggs, add salt and pepper to taste and pour in skillet.

  • Scramble eggs for about 30 seconds, remove from skillet and set aside.

  • Heat 2 tbsp. vegetable oil in same skillet over medium heat.

  • Add frozen chicken and stir-fry for 5 minutes.

  • Add frozen vegetables and stir-fry for 4 minutes.

  • Add frozen rice and thawed sauce. Stir-fry for 1 to 2 minutes.

  • Stir in eggs and serve.
