Lemon Grilled Shrimp

Ingredients:




  • 12 ounces Contessa large Uncooked Tail-On Shrimp




  • 4 garlic cloves, chopped




  • 3 tablespoons parsley, chopped




  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil




  • Zest of 1 lemon, reserve juice




  • Salt and pepper to taste




  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water




Steps:



  • In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.




  • Marinate shrimp for 20-25 minutes in refrigerator.




  • Once marinated, place about 5 shrimp per skewer.




  • On a grill, cook for 2-3 minutes or until shrimp turn orange on the outside and opaque white on the inside.




  • Sprinkle with lemon juice and serve.
