12 ounces Contessa medium Uncooked Tail-On Shrimp
3 red chilies
5 tablespoons olive oil
4 garlic cloves, crushed
Salt and pepper to taste
8 slices french bread, 1/2 inch thick slices
Cut each chili lengthwise and discard the seeds.
Heat oil in a large pan and add shrimp, chilies and garlic to the pan. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring in the shrimp.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve immediately with toasted bread.
