Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients:



  • 12 ounces Contessa medium Uncooked Tail-On Shrimp




  • 3 red chilies




  • 5 tablespoons olive oil




  • 4 garlic cloves, crushed




  • Salt and pepper to taste




  • 8 slices french bread, 1/2 inch thick slices




Steps:



  • Cut each chili lengthwise and discard the seeds.




  • Heat oil in a large pan and add shrimp, chilies and garlic to the pan. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring in the shrimp.




  • Season with salt and pepper.




  • Serve immediately with toasted bread.
