Makes 16 to 20 pieces
12 ounces Contessa large Uncooked Tail-On Shrimp, thawed
Black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
Balsamic vinegar
10 bacon slices, cut in half
Blue cheese for garnish
Pre-heat broiler.
Place shrimp on a baking sheet and sprinkle with black pepper, rosemary, and balsamic vinegar.
Wrap each shrimp with a bacon slice and secure with a toothpick.
Broil shrimp for about 3 minutes on each side, or until shrimp turn orange outside and bacon is browned.
Remove toothpicks and transfer shrimp to a platter.
Sprinkle with blue cheese and serve.
