1 bag Contessa Orange Chicken
2 cups shredded red cabbage
2 tablespoon light mayonnaise
Juice of one lemon
1 tablespoon chipotle chile puree (chipotle en adobo)
2 tablespoon chopped cilantro
Prepare slaw by combining cabbage, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chipotle puree, and cilantro. Set aside.
Cook bag of Contessa Orange Chicken or Contessa Crispy Pork with Tangerine Sauce. Reserve rice for future use.
Assemble tacos by heating tortillas or lightly frying them in vegetable oil (2 tortillas per taco) and stuffing them with Contessa Crispy Pork with Tangerine Sauce followed by cabbage slaw.
