Asian Infused Tacos


  • 1 bag Contessa Orange Chicken

  • 2 cups shredded red cabbage

  • 2 tablespoon light mayonnaise

  • Juice of one lemon

  • 1 tablespoon chipotle chile puree (chipotle en adobo)

  • 2 tablespoon chopped cilantro


  • Prepare slaw by combining cabbage, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chipotle puree, and cilantro. Set aside.

  • Cook bag of Contessa Orange Chicken or Contessa Crispy Pork with Tangerine Sauce. Reserve rice for future use.

  • Assemble tacos by heating tortillas or lightly frying them in vegetable oil (2 tortillas per taco) and stuffing them with Contessa Crispy Pork with Tangerine Sauce followed by cabbage slaw.
