1. How to Enter: Beginning at 12:01 AM Pacific Standard Time ("PST") on July 1, 2008 and ending at 11:59 PM PST on December 31, 2008 (the "Promotion Period"), please visit www.contessa.com ("Web Site") and follow the onscreen instructions for completing the online entry form by providing your complete name, street address (sorry, no P.O. boxes), city, state, zip code, gender, date of birth (dd/mm/yyyy), email address and answering the questions provided on the Web Site. Once you have completed the entry form, click "submit" in order to be entered into the Sweepstakes. Limit one entry per person per email address per day. Entries must be received no later than 11:59:59 p.m. PST on December 31, 2008. There is no purchase necessary in order to enter.
2. Random Drawing: A random drawing will be conducted on or about January 5, 2009 ("Award Date") from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Decisions of an independent judging organization are final and binding. Limit one prize per person, per family or per household. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
3. Prizes, Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): (1) Grand Prize: One (1) six (6) day/five (5) night trip for four (4) persons to the Fiji Islands. Trip consists of: roundtrip coach air transportation between major airport nearest winner's home and Nadi Airport in Fiji, including a connecting flight between Los Angeles, CA and Nadi Airport in Fiji, five (5) nights hotel accommodations, a rafting tour, round-trip transfers between Nadi Airport/hotel, and a total of $1,000.00 in spending money awarded in the form of a check. Winner and winner's guests must travel together on the same itinerary. All travel arrangements and accommodations are at the discretion of Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment LLC ("Prize Sponsor") and are subject to availability, certain restrictions and/or blackout dates may apply. All other unspecified expenses including, but not limited to, taxes, gratuities, and any incidental expenses or costs, are solely the responsibility of the winner. Trip, travel or other insurance is specifically not included (ARV = $10,000.00). The actual value of the prize will depend upon airfare fluctuations and the winner's point of departure at the time of booking. Eligibility: Open and offered only to legal residents of the Fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older (except residents of NE and AL, who must be 19 years of age or older) as of July 1, 2008. ("Sponsor"),Prize Sponsor and their respective parent entities, Directors, Officers, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising, promotion, production or other agents, their attorneys and immediate family members or individuals residing in the same household are not eligible to participate or enter this Sweepstakes. General Rules: Sponsor and Prize Sponsor and their respective agent(s) are not responsible for any lost, late, damaged, delayed, incomplete, illegible, mutilated or misdirected entries, entries not received by the entry deadline due to electronic, network or computer failures or malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission that may limit the ability to participate in this Sweepstakes, or other hardware, software or technical errors of any kind including, but not limited to, any injury or damage to any computer system hardware or software related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor and Prize Sponsor assume no responsibility for undeliverable email resulting from any form of active or passive email filtering by an internet service provider and/or insufficient space in an email account to receive or transmit email. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes, or any portion thereof, if fraud, misconduct, maliciousness, or any technical failure destroys or affects the integrity of the Sweepstakes or if a computer virus, bug, Trojan horse, or other form of computer problem corrupts the administration, security or proper administration of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor, in their sole discretion. If the Sweepstakes is so cancelled, judging will be conducted from among all eligible entries received prior to the time of cancellation. In the event a dispute arises regarding a specific individual allegedly entitled to receive a prize, entry made by the internet Web Site designated herein will be declared made by the "authorized email account holder" and any damage made to the Web Site will also be the responsibility of the authorized email account holder of the email address submitted at the time of such entry. An "authorized e-mail account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to the email address by the corresponding internet access or service provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. An entrant may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that the entrant is the authorized email account holder of the email address associated with the account and/or entry submission. Proof of submitting entries will not be deemed to be proof of receipt of entry by Sponsor. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or other similar methods of participation in the Sweepstakes will void all entries made by such methods. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation if fraud, deception, or tampering is suspected, or in the event of any failure to comply with any requirement of participation as provided herein or with any of these Official Rules.    No substitution, cash redemption or transfer of prize by winner is permitted. Prize Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize or prize element of equal or greater value. Potential Grand Prize winner is required to complete, sign and return an "Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and Publicity Release", where allowed by law, within fourteen (14) days of notification of win. Non-compliance with this requirement, or if prize or prize notification is returned as non-deliverable, or if winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, such prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner, with time permitting, at the sole discretion of Prize Sponsor. Grand Prize winner’s guests (or guest’s parent/legal guardian, if any guest is deemed a minor in the state of his/her residence) must sign and return a Release of Liability and Publicity Release (where legal) prior to awarding of prize. If any guest is deemed a minor in the state of his/her residence, winner must be his/her parent/legal guardian, or his/her parent/legal guardian must accompany minor on trip and be counted as one of the three (3) guests. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. All entrants, by participating in this Sweepstakes, hereby fully waive, forever release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor and Prize Sponsor, its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, licensors, attorneys, advertising or promotion or other agents and all of their respective officers, directors and employees, from and against, any and all rights, claims, suits and causes of action, accrued or that may arise, against any of them for any liability for any matter, cause or thing whatsoever, including, but not limited to, any injury, loss, damage, whether direct or indirect, realized or unrealized, compensatory, incidental or consequential, to person, including death or bodily injury, as well as property, arising in whole or in part from their acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, their participation in this Sweepstakes or any prize or Sweepstakes related activity. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and decisions of the official judging organization. Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize, winners agree that Sponsor and Prize Sponsor and their related and affiliated companies or designated agent(s) may use the winner's name, address (city and state), photograph, videotape, likeness, and/or prize information for advertising, publicity and other promotional purposes and to the use of statements made by or attributed to winner relating to Sponsor or Prize Sponsor, their related and affiliated companies or to this Sweepstakes and entrants grant to Sponsor or Prize Sponsor and their related and affiliated companies any and all rights to said use without further notice or compensation, except where prohibited by law.
