Contessa "Nim's Island Fiji Getaway" Sweepstakes
Official Contest Rules
Winner will be awarded $250 in the form of Contessa food products and merchandising. To enter, no purchase required. Simply fill out the Contessa Seafood Challenge Recipe Contest Entry Form and submit. Send mail entries to: Contessa Marketing, Contessa Seafood Challenge Recipe Contest #2307, P.O. BOX 1950, San Pedro, CA 90733. Incomplete entries will be discarded, multiple entries are accepted.
Prize awarded based on originality, flavor, and presentation. All entries must be an original, non-published recipe, received by midnight, PST, on June 1, 2007.
Winners will be notified by email and/or mail within 45 days of the final entry deadline. Please allow 4-6 weeks for prize fulfillment following winner announcement. Entry and acceptance of prize constitute permission to use the winner's name, prize won, hometown and likeness for online posting and promotional purposes without further compensation indefinitely, except where prohibited by law. Contessa Premium Foods retains the sole right to use the names and elements of the entry material of prizewinners and/or contest entrants in whatever capacity it deems advantageous to furthering its product recognition and/or marketing goals.
By entering or by accepting a prize in the contest, contestants and winners agree to abide and be bound by these official rules and to conform to all local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Contest decisions are final. Contest void where prohibited.
Prizes won by minors will be awarded in the name of the minor's parent or legal guardian.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash or otherwise substituted. Limit one prize per person.
Contest is open to all legal residents of the United States, except employees of Contessa Premium Foods, its holdings, and affiliates.
