Felice Bogus
Congratulations to Felice Bogus for winning Contessa’s “Green” Stovetop Recipe Contest.
Felice’s Asparagus, Mushroom and Shrimp Couscous recipe came in first place! A twist on her usual favorite Risotto, Felice changed it up with this colorful Couscous dish. The asparagus, mushrooms and prosciutto highlighted the fresh appeal of Contessa shrimp. According to Felice, “It's special enough to serve to company, yet easy enough to prepare on a weeknight for the kids."
Felice is a parent and businesswoman who loves cooking from scratch. Her family is as pressed for time as most families tend to be. “Between work, school and sports, getting a meal on the table is very important to me,” she says. Contessa Shrimp is something Felice always keeps in her house. Delicious, healthy and convenient, not to mention a family favorite in Felice’s household!
