"I needed a quick appetizer for an unexpected get together one night and came up with this recipe." Thanks to Contessa's Orange Shrimp, some creative thinking and a few staple items from her kitchen - Contessa's magnificent Shrimp Roll recipe was born.

"My husband and I both love to cook, but now are very limited with our time." In addition to being a full-time sociology professor and certified exercise instructor for 13 years, Camilla has just embarked on her 3rd career, motherhood.
