Contest Winners

Congratulations to Nancy Elliott, the winner of Contessa's Football Recipe Contest. Nancy's entry, Crunch Time Tostadas, are delicious, full of flavor and look great. "I came up with this idea trying to think of something my kids would enjoy as well as my husband," Nancy said. She added that everyone gets a big kick out of the football-shaped tortilla chips.

Nancy is a part-time attorney with two school-aged children. She cooks with Contessa products, making her own recipes for fantastic appetizers such as zesty shrimp slaw and shrimp cakes. She loves to cook, but faces the challenge, like many people, of finding time to cook between work and her children's busy schedules. "Contessa products help me meet that challenge and put a great-tasting meal on the table in no time flat. The tostadas are one of my favorites to prepare because not only do they taste great, they look great as well. They're a party on a platter."

For her winning recipe, Nancy received a cash award along with Contessa merchandise.
