Connie Emerson
Connie Emerson began experimenting in the kitchen at a very young
age. She was only 8 years old when she baked a birthday cake for
her grandfather.
These days she is an avid cook and prepares almost every meal. When
asked how she came up with the winning recipe, Emerson states, "We
have shrimp every week so I'm always experimenting with different
ingredients - Contessa Orange Shrimp made me think of warm citrus
flavors and mandarin oranges." Emerson enjoys creating innovative
recipes, "I like experimenting with different colors and
textures. Shrimp makes it easy because it's convenient and
