Just like Mom used to make!

From her soups and salads to her appetizers and main courses, nobody did it better than Mom! Whether she used shrimp, scallops, beef, chicken, rice, pasta, or even fruit, we want you to share her magic with us!

Your challenge, if you choose to accept it, is to revive or re-imagine Mom’s most awesome recipe using Contessa products. Dig that wrinkled handwritten recipe out of the drawer, call Mom on the phone for a refresher course, or just dig into your own memory bank and give it your best shot!

The rules are simple:

Using any Contessa product or products, submit a recipe for a dish that your Mom used to make, or still does. Grandma too! These motherly dishes can be fried, grilled, browned, boiled, poached, microwaved, baked, sautéed, steamed, or however Mom or Grandma did it. You may use other ingredients to support the Contessa product or products. Be sure to include your Mom’s name so we can give her all the credit!

• Up to 10 Points for flavor
• Up to 7 Points for originality
• Up to 4 Points for presentation

• Any Contessa Product
