Contessa Major Backer of Popular Cooking Show
Contessa is sponsoring the celebrated, 30-minute Public Television cooking show "Simply Ming," which features the Emmy award-winning chef Ming Tsai.

Ming Tsai authored the cookbook "Blue Ginger" (a title shared by his Wellesley, Massachusetts restaurant) and secured his reputation as a paragon of culinary excellence by hosting the Food Network show "East Meets West."
