Chef Ming Tsai, Contessa Premium Foods Host Cooking Demonstration & Book Signing

SAN PEDRO, Calif.— Cooking show icon and author Chef Ming Tsai will be hosting culinary demonstrations, offering samples, and signing his latest book at the 2004 International Boston Seafood Show.

"Contessa provides the consistency and quality I demand," Chef Ming says. "Contessa shrimp has outstanding freshness and flavor."

At the show, the Contessa Booth (#2320) will be the hub of all Chef Ming activities. Ming will be signing his new book, Simply Ming, and cooking some of his signature shrimp recipes. The show is taking place on March 14 through March 16 at the Hynes Convention Center in Boston.

Chef Ming will be holding his cooking demonstrations on Sunday, March 14 from 12 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. and on Monday, March 15 from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. Ming will be signing his book immediately following Monday's cooking demonstration from 3 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Books will be available for purchase from 12 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Contessa Booth.
