Chef Ming Tsai Cooks with Contessa
Chef Ming Tsai lead a cooking segment called "The Catch of the Day, Asian Style," on NBC News Today with Matt Laur.
He prepared one of his signature shrimp dishes, Triple Vinegar Glazed Shrimp with carrot parsnip puree.
Tsai, of course, used his preferred product, Contesssa tail on shrimp which comes uncooked, peeled and cleaned.
