Benefits Package
Contessa Premium Foods offers a benefit program including but not limited to:
401(k) Plan
Employees are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan after six months of service.
You must be at least 21 years of age and open enrollment is limited to January 1 and
July 1 each year.

Flexible Spending Accounts
Flexible Spending Accounts are available for Health Care and Dependent Care expenses.
Flexible Spending Accounts allow employees to pay health care expenses or dependent
day care expenses with tax-free dollars.
Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance
Contessa Premium Foods provides each eligible employee Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment
(AD&D) Insurance coverage.
Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance
Contessa Premium Foods provides health insurance inclusive of certain medical, dental and vision benefits
for eligible employees and their dependents. Insurance benefits are effective the first of the month following
30 days of continuous employment.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
PTO provides employees with time off from work with pay to rest, relax and address health and
other personal needs while ensuring adequate staffing and productivity levels in the workplace.
All regular full-time employees accrue PTO in accordance with Contessa's established policy.
Supplemental Insurance
Employees have the option of purchasing additional insurance benefits including, but not limited to:
Disability Coverage, Accident Coverage, Hospital Income Coverage, Cancer Coverage, Critical Illness
Coverage, Intensive Care Coverage, Universal Life Insurance and Term Life Insurance.
