12 ounces Contessa medium Uncooked Tail-on Shrimp
1 cup green onions, chopped
2 carrots, finely diced
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
2 tablespoons cream cheese
1 pack of wontons
In a pot, boil water and add carrots.
Cook carrots for 1 minute and drain, set aside.
In a separate frying pan, add three tablespoons of olive oil and fry wontons until they are crisp or until they turn golden brown.
Remove wontons from the frying pan.
Add another tablespoon of olive oil to the pan and saute shrimp until it is cooked about half way.
Combine the carrots and green onions and finish cooking the shrimp completely.
Transfer into a large mixing bowl and add sesame oil, sweet chili sauce and cream cheese.
Mix well and serve with wontons.
