12 ounces Contessa medium Uncooked Tail-off Shrimp
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 cup guacamole
1 cup sour cream
1 cup salsa or fresh diced tomato
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
Juice of one lime
12 taco shells or tortillas
In a medium bowl combine shrimp and lime juice and mix together.
Heat oil in a large skillet until hot and add shrimp and cook until shrimp turns pink.
Stir mixture frequently.
Cook the taco shells according to directions on box.
Spoon shrimp into taco shells and top with desired toppings.
