1 package Contessa Vodka Chicken Penne
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 links Italian sausage, sliced
4 cloves garlic, crushed
12 ounce jar roasted red peppers, drained
1 teaspoon red chili flakes
1/4 cup water
Thaw sauce per package instructions. Set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sausage and sautee for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add garlic and sautee until sausage turns brown on all sides.
Add Contessa Vodka Chicken Penne, sauce, peppers, chili flakes and water. Cover and cook for 6 to 7 minutes, until thoroughly cooked, stirring occasionally.
