In Love with Contessa
"Our family has been trying your convenience meals since our market on Orcas Island got our attention by expanding your line of Contessa convenience products. I spent about 3 years in the San Francisco area in Asian cooking classes and enjoy cooking Asian dishes for friends and family. I also teach Asian cooking courses and am continually inventing new dishes from the continents. I am amazed that your products are as fantastic as they are since they start out frozen. I must say fresh is usually best but your process preserves the vegetables integrity. My wife's favorite is the Chicken Chow Mein with fresh bamboo shoots and cilantro added. Mine is the Seafood Vera Cruz with fresh cilantro, cayenne pepper and a hot New Mexico chili pod sliced into the dish. The kids like all 10 of our meals we choose. I plan to work toward earning the Chef Series Paella skillet. Since our grocery store does not carry your Paella I will have to create my own version until our store starts carrying some your other items like Paella. Thank you for making dinner in the evening delicious and effortless. In love with Contessa."
