1 package Contessa Mongolian Beef
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 tablespoon fresh ginger, chopped
1 cup snow peas, cleaned
1 1/2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
Prepare rice per instructions on package. Set aside.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over high heat. Immediately add Contessa Mongolian Beef and ginger. Stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add snow peas and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Add sauce packet, stir and remove from heat.
Add sesame oil, mix thoroughly and serve over rice.
