12 ounces Contessa medium Uncooked Tail-off Shrimp
1/2 cup Mango chunks
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
1 teaspoon garlic pepper
2 cups cabbage, shredded
1 cup salsa
6 flour tortillas
1 small onion, diced
In a medium bowl combine salsa, mango and cilantro, mix together and set aside.
In a large bowl combine shrimp, olive oil and toss.
Add the taco seasoning, garlic pepper and toss.
Over medium-high heat cook shrimp in a large skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until shrimp turns pink.
Top warm tortillas with shrimp mixture, cabbage and salsa.
